Chris Moffett

Chris Moffett

Chris co-founded Cloud Communications Group in 2009 to provide single-source IT advisory services to corporations looking to transition their IT departments into assets vs. expense centers through outsourced hardware and managed services.

With more than 20 years in the technology industry, overseeing both operations and strategic business development activities, Chris’s industry experience includes senior leadership roles in network and solution engineering, customer retention, and strategic planning for technology providers such as Windstream, PAETEC, and XO Communications.

Chris earned a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University. 

Keith Hatley

Keith Hatley

Keith co-founded Cloud Communications Group in 2009 and recently rejoined the company to lead the company’s sales and marketing organization. He leads the company’s vision and strategy execution and has a track record of building high-performing teams that have successfully delivered profitable growth to public and private equity shareholders.

He has held various executive leadership positions in sales and operations over the past 26 years. Most recently, Keith served as Senior Vice President of North American Sales at Masergy where he led sales through two successful acquisitions. Prior to Masergy, Keith served in several senior sales leadership roles at McLeodUSA, PAETEC, airBand, as well as Senior Vice President of Sales at Allegiance Telecom.

Keith earned a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Jon Baird

Jon Baird

Jon recently joined Cloud Communications Group to focus his 30+ years of Information Technology experience on the mission of CCG: delivering technology solutions and IT advisory services to companies driving key digital transformation initiatives. Jon brings a wealth of CIO experience to the practice providing a key sounding board function to IT leaders in search of strategy collaboration and a trusted advisor.

Prior to joining CCG, Jon served in various CIO roles in global, Fortune 300 businesses. Most recently, he served as the CIO for LKQ Corporation where he held IT responsibility in support of the $6B North America business unit. He also served in an interim capacity as LKQ’s European CIO. Jon has also held CIO roles at Arrow Electronics’ 4B€ Electronic Computing Solutions European Division based in Paris, France and at Dallas, TX based Shared Technologies Corporation later acquired by Arrow.

Jon’s academic pursuits include doctoral studies in Software Engineering at Southern Methodist University, a Master of Business Administration degree from SMU’s Cox School of Business, a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Texas A&M University.
